My husband works near Desnudo so I heard all the time about how they have the best coffee in the city. I got him this subscription for Christmas and he loves it and looks forward to seeing what new coffee arrives in the mail each month.
I am a Cappuccino snob and have been searching for the perfect bean. Alas, I have found it. There is a reason about the buzz around Desnudo... go to their shop and order a Cap with Whole Milk and you will know what real coffee is.
Be careful though, you might start something you can't handle, wanting more!

I visited Austin while on vacation and went out of my way to try Desnudo Coffee (shout out to the ANMA podcast). Barista recommended the Desnudo and it was the best iced coffee I’ve ever had - and I typically hate iced coffee. I went back for another cup. I have an espresso machine at home and exclusively order these beans for my morning brew. I’m a poor barista, but these beans produce the best coffee I am able to make.
I spent a couple days in Austin and found Desnufo. A couple cold brews and a few espressos later I was hooked. Joined the cult and drank the cool aid.

The smoothest coffee.
Incredible coffee. In fact, the only roaster I've had to match the experience was Glitch, in Osaka. Unfortunately for me, my own usage (32g/day), there is not a delivery per month that fits well. I feel like I'm always 1.5 bags too much per month. Altogether, incredible quality. I recognize this as a "me problem".

Seasonality allows us to offer a good amount of rotation on our coffees, so exposure to different profiles is something we strive for
