Feedback on Recent Orders and Delivery Times

In my last two purchases, I was not asked to select my preferred coffee bean, and in a previous order, delivery took nearly ten days. I believe there should be a clear and consistent standard for delivery timelines so that I can plan my orders reliably and continue purchasing my beans from here.
