1 mile walk, 3 mile run, or 5 mile run, boggy creek trail, every Thursday, stretch at 6:20 am & run at 6:30 am 🏃🏻♀️💨

We decided on this route to be inclusive of all levels. Whether you want to walk, jog, run, skip, crawl, etc. this trail will allow you to be at your own pace because you can turn around at any point and not be lost or alone. All levels welcome and we will hang out drinking a cafecito after 💙☕️
