Location: Various Desnudo Coffee locations (East, Downtown, West, South)
Employment Type: Full-time, In-person
Pay: $13-$15 hour plus tips (average $27–$30 all included)
Benefits: $150/month health care stipend, bi-annual bonus dependent on performance and productivity, opportunities for growth

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and other beverages with consistency and care
- Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest
- Maintain deep knowledge of our coffee, matcha and tea menu, our farmer partners, and all seasonal offerings
- Keep everything mise en place throughout service
- Support and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth, high-energy shifts
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development through tastings, trainings, and educational opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee or hospitality
- A genuine passion for both people and craft
- A quick learner with strong communication skills and composure in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow with a company that values artistry, community, and learning
- Must be available to work weekends
