Esperanza | Natural Anaerobic | Wild | 300 Hours Fermentation | Watermelon, Guava, Dark Chocolate

Colombia Variety
The Colombia variety was developed by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia in 1982. It combines the Caturra variety, known for its good cup quality, with the Timor Hybrid, resistant to rust, to maintain high productivity and quality.

The Process
Manual harvesting of ripe cherries guarantees a sweeter and cleaner flavor. Then, a prolonged anaerobic fermentation is carried out to develop intense and complex fruity flavors. The drying process is done in two stages: initial dehydration in a mechanical dryer and final drying for 15 days.

My favorite beans by far!

These are the best beans I have ever purchased and I purchase coffee from all over the world. I have never been disappointed by any beans from Desnudo, But this one has been at the top of my list for over a year. I hope they always have this one in rotation. The guayaba and chocolate at the back end is just delicious.
