From the farm of Diego Horta, Esperanza is a testament of our mission in Colombia. We worked with Diego to develop an anaerobic natural process that allows for extended fermentation, without the fear of over fermenting. This process allows farmers, like Diego, to take coffees that are typically sold at commodity prices and bring them to the specialty market.
