This communal lot brings together three of the most iconic varieties grown in the region and across Colombia. Castillo provides a bright acidity and a satisfying body, while Colombia and Caturra round out the cup with their signature sweet and fruity notes.

The Producers: San Agustín, HuilaSan Agustín is a truly remarkable place, nestled in one of Colombia's most unique regions due to its geography and pre-Hispanic history. It sits right in the Colombian Massif—the point where the Andes split into three mountain ranges. This area is the country's ""water tower,"" where high peaks trap moisture from the air to give birth to Colombia’s most vital rivers.

Beyond its natural wonders, San Agustín is world-famous for its ancient mysteries. It home to the largest necropolis on earth and the San Agustín Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with monumental stone carvings from a lost civilization.

This landscape of steep mountains and volcanic soil is the perfect cradle for specialty coffee, known for its vibrant acidity and deep sweetness.
