Farmed by the one and only Betico

We met Betico almost four years ago at a coffee fair in Huila, and we connected immediately. Despite an accident in his youth that caused paralysis in most of his body, Beto didn’t let that stop him from pursuing his dreams. Recently, he converted his farm to organic, eliminating pesticides and adopting organic fertilizers, planting flowers loved by bees and Beto too.

In 2026, Beto participated in the Specialty Coffee Competition organized by Desnudo Coffee, where his Gesha earned second place.

His coffee was later auctioned and achieved one of the highest prices per pound ever paid for a coffee from Colombia.

We are incredibly proud to walk alongside Beto and to see his hard work, vision, and dedication recognized. 💙
