The Pink Bourbon Variety
Pink Bourbon is a unique variety believed to be a natural mutation of Bourbon, discovered in San Adolfo, Huila. It is known for its distinctive pinkish-salmon colored fruit and wide leaves similar to the Gesha plant. The coffee offers clean floral and citrus notes, with a high sugar content, making it a favorite among coffee lovers.

Thank You for Helping Us Honor and Celebrate Our Coffee Tradition!

The coffee you are about to taste was part of one of the most meaningful events we have organized at origin: the 2026 Specialty Coffee Quality Competition in Santa María, Huila, organized by Desnudo Coffee.

More than 300 producers participated, and we purchased over 80 exceptional microlots. The coffees were celebrated for their excellence during a night filled with dancing, tradition, and culture, attended by more than 1,000 people. Of the 16 women farmers who made it to the competition, 3 made it to the final round. We hope you enjoy this harvest from farmer Yisela!

Seeing the excitement on the producers’ faces as they bring in their coffee, genuinely proud of what they have produced, reminds us of the real purpose behind all of this: to honor and celebrate our coffee tradition.

We hope you enjoy this coffee, produced with care and love and celebrated with friends, dancing, and tradition.

Because, as our friend and producer Beto says:

Coffee is not just coffee. Coffee is love, it is culture. Coffee brings people together. It is an ancestral drink. Coffee is friendship.

With love,
Desnudo Coffee
