Farmed by the one and only Betico

We met Betico almost four years ago at a coffee fair in Huila, and we connected immediately. Despite an accident in his youth that caused paralysis in most of his body, Beto didn’t let that stop him from pursuing his dreams. Recently, he converted his farm to organic, eliminating pesticides and adopting organic fertilizers, planting flowers loved by bees and Beto too.

Sidra Varietal:

It is an Ethiopian-origin variety from the landrace family, brought to Ecuador by the Nestle company, where it underwent a research process to select phenotypes with the best potential in cup quality, higher production volume, and disease resistance.
